Refund of payment will be valid only if order to oversea supplier had been canceled or delayed for 2 weeks or more.
On event of refund, customer have to email his/her confirmed order number and details as validation.

Cancellation of order without notice/email or disappearance after confirmation will be blacklisted.
All payment are to be made within 3 days after confirmation of order (except Cash on Delivery & Concealed Cash).

Delayed payment via mail with regards to mailing procedures by post center should be notified via email 1 day in advance.
